What is Strikethrough Text Generator?
A strikethrough text generator creates text with a line drawn through it by appending Unicode combining characters after each letter.
Unlike HTML or Markdown strikethrough which requires platform support, Unicode combining characters work everywhere because they are part of the text itself. The single strikethrough uses combining long stroke overlay (U+0336), the most widely recognized style. Tilde through applies combining tilde overlay (U+0334) for a wavy line effect. Slash through uses combining short solidus overlay (U+0337) for a diagonal strike.
