Frequently Asked Questions

Does it preserve slide layouts?+
Yes. Text positions, images, shapes, backgrounds, and overall slide layout are preserved. The PDF pages look very close to the original slides.
What about animations and transitions?+
Animations and transitions are not applicable in PDFs. Each slide is captured as a static page showing all visible elements in their final state.
Does it handle speaker notes?+
Currently, the PDF output includes only the slides themselves, not speaker notes. For notes, export from PowerPoint directly.
Is there a file size limit?+
Yes, the maximum file size is 50MB. Presentations with many high-resolution images may be large. Very large files may take up to 30 seconds to convert.
Are my files stored on your server?+
No. Files are processed in a temporary directory and deleted immediately after conversion. We do not store, read, or analyze your presentations.
Why convert PowerPoint to PDF?+
PDFs ensure your presentation looks exactly the same on any device, regardless of installed fonts or PowerPoint version. Ideal for sharing final versions that should not be edited.
Can I convert password-protected presentations?+
Currently, password-protected files are not supported. Remove the password protection first, then upload for conversion.
What about embedded videos?+
Embedded videos are not playable in PDFs. The first frame or a placeholder image will appear in place of video content.
