Scan Failures
Common causes
- Site blocks bots — Some sites block automated requests. We respect robots.txt.
- Timeout — Very large or slow sites may exceed our 6-minute scan limit.
- Cloudflare/CAPTCHA — Challenge pages can prevent our crawler from accessing your site.
- Site is down — We can't scan what's not responding.
What to try
- Make sure the URL is correct and the site is publicly accessible
- Try again in a few minutes (temporary server issues)
- If your site uses Cloudflare, whitelist our user agent or try scanning a specific page instead of the homepage
