Set and forget — automated PDF delivery

Scheduled reports auto-generate a fresh audit + PDF and email it to your client on the cadence you pick.

Cadences

• Weekly — every Monday at the local hour you set
• Biweekly — every other Monday
• Monthly — 1st of each month
• Quarterly — 1st of Jan / Apr / Jul / Oct
• Custom cron (Enterprise only) — any valid 5-field expression

Configuration

From /dashboard/workspaces/<id>/scheduled-reports/new:

1. Pick the site to audit
2. Pick the template (default = workspace template) — see Custom report templates
3. Set cadence + send hour local
4. Add up to 10 recipients (To, CC, BCC supported)
5. Pick format: pdf, pdf_csv, pdf_xlsx, pdf_csv_xlsx
6. Customise subject + body templates with {{client_name}} {{url}} {{score}} {{audit_date}} tokens
7. Optional Slack webhook for "report sent" notification

"Send Now"

Off-cycle button on any schedule — useful for one-off client check-ins.

Run history

/dashboard/workspaces/<id>/scheduled-reports/<id>/runs shows every send with status (sent/failed/bounced), provider ID, recipient count, error message if any.
