Step by step

How to use PDF Header & Footer

    Upload your PDF

    Click the upload area or drag and drop a PDF file. The total page count is shown.

    Configure header

    Enter header text. Use {page}, {pages}, {date}, {time} for dynamic content. Choose alignment and font size.

    Configure footer

    Enter footer text (defaults to "Page {page} of {pages}"). Choose alignment and font size.

    Set options

    Check "Skip first page" to exclude the title/cover page from headers and footers.

    Apply and download

    Click Add Header & Footer or press Ctrl+Enter. Download the PDF with text applied to every page.
