PDF N-Up is a free online tool that combines multiple PDF pages onto single sheets. Choose 2-up, 4-up, 6-up, or 9-up layouts to print more content on fewer pages. Each page is proportionally scaled and arranged in a grid on A4 landscape sheets. Perfect for creating handouts, review copies, or simply saving paper. How to Use PDF N-Up (Multi-Page Print)

What does N-Up mean?+
N-Up printing means placing N pages on a single physical sheet. 2-up puts 2 pages per sheet, 4-up puts 4, and so on. It is commonly used to save paper or create compact handouts.
Which layout saves the most paper?+
9-up uses the least paper (9 original pages per sheet) but pages are smallest. 4-up is the best balance between readability and paper savings for most documents.
Are my files safe?+
Yes. Everything processes in your browser using JavaScript and Canvas. No files are uploaded to any server.
What is the output page size?+
Output is A4 landscape (297 × 210 mm / 841 × 595 pt). This gives the most space for arranging multiple pages.
Will text be readable in 9-up?+
It depends on the original font size. Standard 12pt body text is usually readable in 4-up and sometimes in 6-up. 9-up works best for large headings or slides.
Can I use this for PowerPoint slides?+

Does it work with scanned PDFs?+
Yes. The tool renders each page as an image, so it works with any PDF content including scanned pages.
Can I choose portrait output?+
